RE: KURDISTAN TACTICAL MEDICAL SUPPORT MISSION 2016
Supporting Peshmerga and Christians Fighting ISIS, Helping Hundreds of Thousands of Refugees Escaping Violence
This mission is our most ambitious and dangerous one to date, but the humanitarian crisis in Kurdistan demands we take the risk. The places we will be delivering aid and support are rarely visited or completely neglected by other Aid Groups due to the danger.
The scenario is not new to us, though. We often ride into hot situations passing other Aid Groups running for their lives and feeling in fear.
Some say we have a death wish because this is too dangerous. Others have told us we should stay home because it is not our problem “over there”.
But we cannot and will not sit idly by only talking about the devastation, destruction, genocide, and plain evil. Talk is for the weak and insincere.
We, on the other hand, are men with a unique set of skills and experiences that must be put into action to help those in desperate need. And our mission and plan we can share publicly is fairly straightforward: Get there, remain mobile, help as many people as we can, and get home just as we have done three times previously in Kurdistan.
HASF'S PREVIOUS KURDISTAN HUMANITARIAN AID MISSIONS HAVE BEEN AN OUTSTANDING SUCCESS BECAUSE OF YOUR PAST SUPPORT
You can be part of this in a few different ways. But before we get to that, here is some backstory to get you up to speed…
Now, most of the areas our Mission Team will be bringing aid to are still unpacified and only recently partially liberated by the Peshmerga. But, as luck would have it, HASF specializes in providing critical Humanitarian Action Aid, training assistance, and Protective Security for those under threat of violence abroad.
In line with the HASF mission, the Mission Team is preparing for our 4th mission to the Northern Iraq region of Kurdistan. This team consists of two parts: critical aid delivery and Mission Protective Services Detail Teams (M-PSD).
The critical aid group will provide the Refugees, Kurdish Peshmerga, and Christian Militias with:
* Dental care
* Medical Clinics
* And other desperately needed supplies
And our HASF Mission Protective Services Detail will keep a watchful eye on everyone. We will be operating on the front lines of the war against ISIS and to Internally Displaced Families in Camps in the surrounding areas.
Here's where you come in as the third part of this team...
This is urgent: We need your help fundraising and raising awareness. The Mission Team has the dates locked in, is in preparation for deploying soon, and we only have until May 30th to raise funds needed and procure supplies for rendering aid.
As with our previous missions to Kurdistan, we cannot give exact mission dates and locations where the team will be. There are serious security concerns. But we will post a full mission After Action Reports and photos when our team completes the mission and is out of harm's way.
With your help, we will again show the world that when the oppressed and suffering call for assistance, America will answer the call. And we will show those evil SOB’s you cannot stop good men from helping those you attempt to destroy!
They may try to commit genocide against the Christians in the Middle East, but we do not fear them. And we will do everything in our power to help the good people they oppress.
Good shall and will always triumph over evil if we have anything to say about it, right? Are you with me here?
