M-PSD TEAM MEMBER TRAINING
M-PSD Team Members must pass an intensive residential M-PSD Academy held at our headquarters in Virginia. After successful completion of the M-PSD Academy and vetting you are then certified ready for mission team deployment.
M-PSD Team Members deploy to the World’s Most Dangerous Places to protect Humanitarian Aid Missions, this is something we do not take lightly. While some Aid Organizations will deploy new Team Members without meeting them in-person first, we have determined deploying with a new Team Member we have never met in these hostile environments is dangerous for both you and us.
HASF is an aggressive Aid Organization, and M-PSD Team Members in particular are not your everyday Aid Workers. We do what has to be done to protect the men and women who deliver Humanitarian Aid to those in need. Having the opportunity not only to insure you receive the proper training, but also for us to meet each other in person is an important aspect of you joining.
In addition to the Academy, you will receive Pre-Deployment and Language Training specific to the region you will be deploying to prior to being fielded.
